Anyone in a decent WOT clans? i'm not a super hard core player but like to play with others, kinda fun to team up. Don't think there is an ARF clan, anyone in another good one? |

I got kicked out of my half rate clan because of disagreements with other people.
First disagreement was over whether a guy would lose his PzIV when the patch hit. We argued about this for 10 minutes. He would not fucking listen when I kept telling him they wouldn't take his tank away from him despite not having the tanks below it researched in the revised tech tree. Guess what? He got to keep his PzIV. (not that I was in the clan to say IN YOUR FACE!  ).
Second disagreement was over whether the IS-7 was an underperforming Tier 10 tank. I said it is a marginal upgrade from the IS-4 and underwhelming and not living up to Tier 10 heavy tank status. Clan leader who was about to get his own IS-7 vehemently disagreed even though his only experience with it was driving it on his friend's account. Actually I was the only other person in the clan with Tier 9 tanks and the only one with a Tier 10 tank. He said I didn't know how to play an IS-7. I tried to tell him I had 4000+ battles worth of experience in the game and that the basics of how to play certain tanks didn't require a college degree and furthermore, I knew how to play. This is coming from a guy who's statistics are a decent amount lower than mine. He has no business telling me to "L2P," not that I ever said that. 
I got the boot without any warning. Fucking morons. I had roughly 100 battles in mine so I had a decent opinion of its performance in battles. I have an abysmal 19% survival rate in the IS-7 with a 46% win rate. Now I have an E-100 and my win rate in it is 66% with a 50% survival rate. Yeah, you could say I don't care a whole lot for the IS-7 even though I WANT to love it. It is a mean looking tank and seems awesome on paper, but in game, it's not so much.

Yeah, went ahead and started Black Rifle [AR15]. 7 members so far. Pretty casual, at the moment. There's also an AR15.com channel - arfcom with a password of FUAROCK and yes the pw is case sensitive.
Sometimes there's a bunch of us on, sometimes not. Would eventually like to invade territories but, for now, we lack the numbers and many are just reaching tier 6/7...much less 9/10. Hopefully, in time, we'll have a dedicated TS, or vent server for coms, for now we just rely on platoon/company chat. The clan is open to all AR15.com members. Other folks considered...such as a friend you play with, etc. So not everyone will be an arfcommer, though most will be. Looking for an emblem for the flag. Not critical, though. Clan is set to accept applicants. You just have to log into the ultimate conquest site and find us. Or, give me a holler here (IM) , in game, or the WoT forums...and I''ll drop you an invite. |

My understanding is that most successful clans need in the order of about 100 members to be somewhat successful in clan wars. Just based upon how many players can be online at any given date/time and the timing of the battles. Herding cats to some degree. Like it has been mentioned before, fights that were in the 5-7 tier range would be awesome. |

| We have a groiup but been getting out of the tournys because of the fact of everyone having tier 10 tanks and no balance. I would rather bring my easy8 in and scoot right along doing some run n gun action. I played a bit over the weekend and we usaully have platoons rolling. |

I can't play under kar98k on there. Must have done a typo when registering that name and never got the confirmation email - so the name is there (and has been for months) but I can't get to it. The original name I started playing with I gave to someone locally and he's active with it... but you all won't easily guess that ID. So, I just started over a couple of days ago. The lower levels are actually fun when you know what you are doing. |

Just started playing this last night. It's pretty fun so far. I wish the maps would cycle a bit more though. I seem to keep getting the same 3 maps even though according to the wiki there looks like there's over a dozen maps.
I've got an MS-1 maxed out and almost have my BT-2 maxed out as well. |

I just had a gunbattle with a friendly in a Panther. Guy came up behind me and shot hitting me square in the back of the turret - then said it was my fault for moving. When I said "bullshit" he backshot me again. I turned my e100's turret around and 15 cm derped him down to 2%. He stopped shooting at me after that. It cost me 56 exp and 6500 credits, but well worth it.
