Friend of mine has had the game for almost a month and he still cannot connect to the online play... I have had absolutely zero issues, so I don't know what the deal is... he has his port forwarding and all that jazz already, and of course EA is about as useful as Jesse Jackson...
From a quick browse in teh interwebz it seems that this isn't an isolated problem, and that EA has done little about it... do you guys know of any possible solutions? The lack of EA customer support is pushing me towards never purchasing another EA product again. |

Maybe have him wipe the console clean and start fresh?? |

Direct connection through his router, and he cleared his cache but no change... he has no problem connecting to MW2 (he did until he set up his Port Forwarding, but now he's golden there...) He has the same ISP as me (Comcast) so I really don't get it... (different router, though...) |
