Only thing is it's inverted from BC1. BC1, skill level 1 was the single highest skill player in the world, and skill level 2 was the max attainable without being skill 1. Then went down from there.

BC2, 0 is the lowest, and 200 is the highest, and anybody can be 200, not just the single best player.
