I've been on Mega men sport for about six months, I realy like the energy it gives me in the A.M. It's worth the $ for the energy alone to me.

Just get a standard multi *WITHOUT* IRON

I repeat, WITHOUT *IRON*

Vitamins are vitamins, there is no "brand name" on a vitamin. Just like there is no brand name on a cow's ass.

Because unless you're bleeding out your crotch or have anemia, you'll get enough iron from your diet and adding a supplement could result in levels going too high.

I have taken them for years and IIRC they do not have any iron in them.  I take them more out of habit than anything, as my diet is pretty squared away.

Definitely never miss taking my fish oil and ALA.
