After every workout––without fail, my right arm from the elbow down to the finger tips feels like a nerve being "ground." I don't know how else to explain it; it goes from the my elbow to the palm of my hand, where it centralizes and tingles out to my fingertips. This happens to ONLY my right arm. It happens regardless of exercise; if my right arm is being used, it will twinge like that. It makes doing pushups and other exercises at the end of my workout very bothersome and uncomfortable. Is there a major muscle, tendon or nerve in this region that may be overextending, or overworking? If so, can I stretch or target this muscle so I don't get the twinges anymore? Guess I should add, there's no pain involved, and it does not linger long––20-30min. at most. It goes away after a hot shower. |

There are stretches and possibly a nerve transfer can be done to relieve the problem. I can't remember specifically what fingers tingled. I want to say it's mostly ring and index, but I can't say for sure. I try hard to not pay attention to it. |

Does it affect your grip when it hurts? For example do you find to have less strength, even if it is marginal...
If so that you are over using it. Its called _____ tendentious, aka tennis elbow (even though it is not at the elbow). I get it from grappling and lifting too much. When it comes up I ice the shit out of it and take it easy until i can do pulling exercise without feeling it. It comes hard when I am doing too much pulling and not enough pushing.
