Anyone use a Boflex ?? I had one given to me, I like it so far. Seems I suffer less soreness and get pretty quick results. Just curious if anyone else uses one.

I had one and didn't like it. Sold it and bought a bench and some iron. Much better IMO. I think I posted about it here.
