| I've always been very rigid despite doing my best to stretch. Will yoga help break my rigidity? Or should I just stick with doing regular stretches? |
| Yoga is excellent for flexability. Its also a good work out, and strenghtens your core. It will help protect you from injuries from falling as it also helps balance. I was skeptical until I saw one of my favorite players of the Seahawks, Mack Strong who played fullback for 13 years[all pro ] practice it. |
