| I'm in a place with limited resources for physical fitness, but there is a Bowflex Revolution machine. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations on it? Are they any good? Thanks. |

When I was in physical therapy we had both the revolution and the old style with the rods. The rods if left connected when your finished will take a bend set to them. They have to be disconnected each time you finished and strapped up. The revolution is a nice machine. I had only 2 complaints about it. I never really felt comfortable on it, but that might be just me. The other complaint I had was that after lots of use the main pivot bolt in the arms works loose and needs to be checked as the pivot wears. The machine they had had not been taken care of and every once in awhile the arms would loosen enough for the locks to release. The arms would move when you weren't expecting it. If you have a Dicks Sporting Goods close by I know they have some Bowfelx machines on the floor to check out. |
