I have worked out alot when on a diet and still kept the spare tire not as big but still there.  When I went to Iraq for the last time I used Ripped Fuel (I think it was the Extreme Version) in 2006.  So are there any other Supplements that are relatively cheap like Ripped Fuel I can look at?

Anabolic steroids

Protein after lifting weights is always a good bet.

Supplements for help getting rid of extra fat?  I think an ECA (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) stack is the best tried and true method.

I don't recall the ratios of each but it comes up every now and again and someone will know.

Yeah my wife feels the six pack just got some fat in the way.

There really is no substitute for proper diet and exercise, but the EC(A) stack can be a bit of an extra nudge in that direction - www.hotnfit.com/ecstack.htm.

EC supposedly goes nuclear at a 1:10 ratio.

Bang for the buck in no particular order:

whey
creatine
vitamins E,C, multi

I always seem to have more gas when I'm taking 3+gs of vit C a day, and I seem to get sick much less often, and for much less time.

fixed.  Only problem is the two I added are illegal and the second one can kill you if you screw up.  Bromocriptine is supposed to work well too, but I don't know much about it (and it's illegal too).

Whey
Creatine
fish oil
multi vitamin

Those are the basics in my opinion.  Most others are crap.

2. Creatine
3. Multi-vitamin

Whey
Creatine
fish oil

That combined with more PT and six meals a day will cut that off.

I have been trying to loose that little extra bit too and i have alot of luck with just changing my diet to better foods, lean meats and high protein.

I also take L Carnitine, Green Tea extract and used to take CLA. You can research those too for fat loss.

Protein.  Amino acid.

If you take creatine take a LOT of water (I used to use very low doses for 12 and 24 hour endurance events for hydration transport which is different than for bulking up but I think the suggestion is still valid).

I take Body Fortress Advanced Whey Protein with good results.
The vanilla is tough to get down but the chocolate is really not that bad and even better mixed with a 1/2 scoop of Ovaltien.
