Well, been stuck on the same routine (more or less) for a bit too long. feel like i'm stagnating on my progress after making some decent gains. I'm doing total body training and i really like the concept and don't want to change it.....just some of the exercises.

here's my present routine:

Monday:
Pull Ups (three sets)
Dumbell Bench Press 3X5
Military Press 3X5
Dumbell Curl 3X5
Tricep Machine Extensions 3X5
Front Squat 3X5

Wend:
All sets 3X 8-10
Decline Press
Squats
Tricep kickbacks
Push Press
Leg Curls
Pull Ups

Friday:
All Sets 10-15
Deadlifts
Good Mornings
DB Row
Ez Curl
DB Rear Delt Raise
3 Board Press
Pull Ups

I also try to do shrugs and neck exercises twice a week.

Here's the other deal. i'm not too worried about changing up my friday routine as i haven't always hit all three days the past few weeks....opting to just hit it harder on the other two days when i've had to.

anyway, i'm thinking of moving the three board press to monday and doing it heavy, and maybe hitting some incline presses on the higher rep days at the end of the week.

anybody else have any suggestions?
