O.K. I know that this subject has been beat to death, but figured maybe I could put a fresh twist on it. I have have very good results from N02 (L-Arginine), Various whey powders, and L-Glutatimine. My issue is that I am a very slow muscle fatigue recoverer. It could be weight lifting, or it could be a mountain bike race. The above products have really, really helped. Now the question is...all these new products. I know there is always a lot of hype, anyone have experience, or comments on the following: Leukic, Anator, Gakic, or Aplodan. ? I'm currently going very heavy on a weight training cycle, and wonder if anything above is worth it in the hopes of quicker recovery, and or additional mass. Pretty much staying away from anything with heavy carbs. Thanks. Pat G. |
