im 23 and i work my ass off doing tree removal, then i have to find the energy to make it to the gym every night. im so worn out. i really healthy and drink very little pop, lots of water. i need a boost. i want my recovery to speed up. taking protien shakes and eating right isnt enough lately.

i wake up in the morning and its a pain to walk up the stairs. my legs never heal cause im always dragging large piles of tree branches to the chipper.  i run often but cant get rid of the slight amount of belly fat i have.

im considering trying WINNI-V

http://www.legalsteroids.com/winstrol.html

anyone ever use it? i suspect a couple of friends of being on it... from things ive heard, and gains theyve made at the gym in power and size.  another friend who won powerlifting competitions says winni-v is very effective and little-to-no side effects.  im 6'1" 200 pounds, im a pretty big 200 pounds though, most people think i weigh more. id like to be around 220.

any advice would be appreciated. im considering one cycle, or just enough to get to where i want to be and then no more. i just want that boost.  i DONT want to abuse this for long term problems that can happen. i want to hear the pros and cons, preferrably from people with reliable information.

ive been weightlifting for 3 years and try all kinds of new methods and routines, i eat every 3 hours, and still dont get the results i want... and i push myself pretty hard while lifting and use good form.

thanks

list your weekly routines.

But just from reading what your describing, sounds like you need to tone down the training, maybe over exerting your self abit and not allowing recovery.

sunday- run for 15-25 minutes depending on how i feel

monday- lift weights for 45minutes - hour- bench press ( if my shoulder is fine ) shoulder shrugs, tricep extensions, chest + back, run for 10-20

tuesday- run for 20, no lifting

wednesday- leg press, calf extensions, run for 10-20

thursday- run for 20, no lifting

friday- biceps / forearms, curls, run for 10-20 minutes

saturday-  usually no time or energy to hit the gym but if i do its just running

ive toned my weightlifting down ALOT for the last few months, no maxing out, high reps with heavy weights still. i havent been able to bench press for almost 2 months now, my shoulder clicks / grinds while raising and lowering the bar... not fun, and it makes some pain.

I'm currently using Animal Cuts - it gives me plenty of energy - however, I don't do the same kind of labor intensive work that you do....I work in a lab.  I have posted updates about my usage of Animal Cuts in this forum.
Here's the link:

forgo the Winni-v..spend your money on protein and glutamine and  amino acids and if you ahave the money, a No product like No-Explode...
Legalsteroids.com is a bullshit site. THey make their products sound like real steroids (winstrol-v is a vetinary version of the human drug winstrol (stanazolol)..its the same thing for vetinary and human except the vet version is named V).......so their trying to make it sound like the real Winstrol-V makes them loose all credability IMO.
Limit your training sessions to 40 mins max. Cut your cardio down to 3x a week.  Eat every 2 hours since every three hours isnt working for you. And by eat I dont mean an actual meal...take a shake or a protein bar instead.

but to sum it up.dont waste your money on winni-v

Legalsteroids is fucking rediculous.  First of all, all of their products like stated above are made to lookand spelled similar to the real shit, and are nothing like the real thing.  Also look at the prices and the recomended stacks.  All oral .  That and you can get the real shit that actually works for a fraction of the price.  It is a company that thrives on the uneducated.  Avoid like the plague.

that and the answer above it was what i was looking for. thanks.

i usually eat every 3 hours max when possible, alot of times when it isnt a full meal i have snacks like baby carrots + beef jerky + banana + string cheese.  i try to keep it to only one pop a day, drink a gallon of water per day. 2) 30 gram protien shakes one right after the gym one an hour before bed.  i eat a decent breakfast. my friends girlfriend who is a body builder ( not the muscular type, shes fucking HOT ) says i eat very well.

ive done NO2 in the past, creatine, glutamine, im currently taking glucosamine for my shoulder.

right now im just on protien shakes and food. i think i need to start using the NO2 again that ive got sitting on the counter.

I understand that you have a shoulder problem, the only way for it to get better is to rest.  Take glucosamine.  When you do get back at it, cut out all of the running, or reduce it  dramatically.  To build mass you needed to take in more good calories.  With all of the running you do, you are burning too many calories.  So eat more or cut back on the running.  Your 200lbs so you should be eating like ~4000-4500 ,  200- 300 grams of protein, 400-600 grams of carbs.  This should make you gain.   Also only spend 1 hr at max in the gym a day, and do lots of multi-joint compound exercises.

Try this

All 4 sets doing 6-8 reps to failure

Monday - Chest
Flat bench
Incline bench
Weighted Dips

Tuesday - Back
Deadlifts
Weighted pullups
Bent over rows

Wednesday - Off

Thursday - Legs
Squats
Stiff leg deadlift
Calf press (standing pref)

Friday - Shoulders/Traps
Cleans (from the floor)
Military press (or standing shoulder press when going HEAVY)
Bent over rear flys

You can do abs if you want, but you really shouldnt need to do them.  If you do, do weighted abs, just like you would with any other exercise.

This program will hit your entire body and if you do your part, you will grow.

EAT LOTS, train hard, and get plenty of sleep, and take a multi vitamin.
