What do your macros look like while on Reta? Throwing GH boosters at a strength loss problem first might be an expensive first step. Most likely you’re losing some muscle with the weight loss. SS31 followed by MOTS is well worth the price. At least it was for me. Those are the two that completely changed the game for me. What I should have started with and how I do it now is SS31 for 4 weeks then add MOTS and run them both for 4 weeks and cycle off. I run MOTS 4 weeks out of every 12. Ss31 can run longer or more often but I don’t know the exact cycle. |

Before I knew to run SS31 first I ran MOTS for 8 weeks. By the 4th week it was like someone flipped a switch in my and my energy went through the roof. I went 2 months without sleeping to my alarms at 5am. Which may not be a big deal to people who sleep too little but where I was in life prior was dragging. Even at 8 hrs of sleep I was tired and had to force myself through workouts. 4 weeks into MOTS I was firing out of bed after 6-7 hrs and ready to go. It was like I couldn’t workout enough. Mental clarity and focus increased. Everything in general improved. I had also really dialed in my macros and diet at the same time so I’m sure that played a role. SS-31 is not nearly as exciting and I am not sure I have any “felt” affects. But supposedly my next Mots cycle after SS will be even more dramatic. It was very very hard to cycle off Mots and lose some of that energy kick. The way it was explained to me is that during your off cycle you will lose some of the “gains” but not all. And after each ss-31 and mots cycle you will keep more and more each time. Honestly i would have paid 10x for the affect I felt |

Sounds like adding the SS-31 and MOTS-C would up that a bit. thx, |

But still, no doubt i've lost some muscle in the process. |

I would do a IGF-1 test first as well. Get a baseline. I liked how this was written concerning Cjc1295 no dac. https://www.steroidal.com/hgh-peptides/cjc-1295/ I dose myself before bed and when I wake up. I am doing about a 125mcg dose twice. I am early 40s and feel it was useful at my age but depending on your age it might be best to just look into HGH which I am probably going to look into eventually myself. |

Just finished up about 4 weeks of MOTS-C (40mg vial). I will say, my cardio warmups on the treadmill have become less "burdensome" with about a 10bpm reduction in average and peak HR. So that's awesome! SS31 came in the other day, and I'll be running that for a few weeks before starting the MOTS-C up again. NAD still 25mg x 2 week CJC/IPA 250mcg 5 days Reta staying at 2mg week (down to 217lbs, so a 25lbs weightloss since February) Wife is starting to question if I'm addicted to Peps....she was the one who wanted to start Reta in the first place So I got some PT141 |
| I told my wife last year I had looked into it and might try it if I got no resolution of shoulder pain doing stretching and strengthening exercises. Well I bought what I needed and started in Feb. I didn’t even think about it and she got all weird when she found me giving myself a bpc/tb4 injection with my shirt half off. After a quick explanation no fuss from her but she would NEVER do it she’s a baby about needles. |

For anyone curious about Pens: I finally loaded up the V3 version with my next vial of SS31 (since it's a daily)...honestly, it was (even) less painful then a normal 31ga syringe. Now i kinda want to put all my peps in pens![]() People don't really talk about the amount of "sharps" waste 50-100u syringes take up, especially if your running multiple daily peps a week. And please don't look into my ambo's sharps bin

Could just be irritation due to dispersion. You could get a single vial from the Pep Lair and try that. At least that would be lower financial risk. |

I get the MOTS-C injection site reaction too...but not until about 24hrs after the injection. Seems to be some debate if it's a true allergic reaction or not...as in the Histamine and Mast cell degranulation attacking the compound (risk of going systemic) or if the compound causes the degranulation as a function in itself (staying local). I've been playing around with dosage and dilutions, but my 40mg vials don't give me much room. |

I'll have to look into "degranulation" and see what that is. thx |

Started Reta March 1, 259lbs, last Sunday, 222lbs. 4 belt holes and I can now tuck in my shirt without looking ridiculous. Face/neck trimmed down also. I tried the Mediterranean diet and Keto but gut still stayed there. Not a big workout guy. I walk the dog 2 miles four or five times a week. 68 years old. I have way more energy eating carbs again, but I eat them in much more reasonable amounts. Half of a baked potato and half of a steak, veggies is a full meal, easily. It really is amazing. Bought a pen last week, game changer. Easy Peezy. Should’ve read the directions though, blew out about $100 worth of Reta cause I didn’t have the relief valve/needle in. 🫣😤🙀 Well, lesson learned. Yeah, dumbass is appropriate. |

I’m bumping this to see what the latest developments in peptides for strength and performance. I’ve been off everything but creatine and other supplements for about 5 months. If anyone cares, my stack: Pure encapsulations: Multi vitamin Vitamin D K2 Magnesium Quercitin Curcumin Berberine Creatine 10g 2x day. Aminos 250-300g of protein per day. I’ve been doing “keto” for about 5 weeks and I feel great. I’ll probably start adding some carbs back in. Hovering at 203lbs and 12-13% body fat depending on how and when i measure. I’ve also kicked most of my lingering pains, except for my lower back issues, by focusing on form, not max weight. Always looking for the best middle age-advantage boosters. And now it’s time for leg day. Both the best and worst day of the week. |
