Anybody else trying this? I normally go with the standard powdered protein shakes but my friend swears by these.... 160 calories and 40 grams of protein. I had an apple melon one yesterday... had a chalky aftertaste and, quite frankly, I was sick to my stomach afterwards. But ::sheepish grin:: the nausea COULD have been from the Hypnotic Martinis I was swilling the night before.....

The "Blue Hpnotiq" (also known as "Hpnotiq Cosmo Blu") is made as follows: 2 ounces Hpnotiq liqueur 1 ounce Absolut Citron vodka Splash of white cranberry juice Shake well and pour, ice cold, into a martini glass with a blue glowstick for garnish. My bartender added a little pineapple juice for some "sweet-tart." Mmmmmmmm.... ::rubbing tummy:: |
