Everytime I feel like I'm crushing it, getting close to 1k miles ....I look at your total and feel like a bum! Haha |

Haha 4,065 - one mile further than last year. Technically it's still possible, but it would require 11 miles per day for the rest of the year. Which just isn't going to happen while getting over this illness. 4.1 / 3,608 yesterday. |

Still working on increasing my mileage, I'm up to 20-25 per week now. With a revised goal of 600 for the year (half of what I did in 2021), I should hit it. 8.00 / 518.05 |

Goal was sub 25:00 Pretty pumped about that Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Awesome! I made a reverse record on my turkey trot this year. 38.16. The slowest I’ve ever “run” a 5k. But, I still win. I got the wife and kid out and I paced them and carried water and held their hats and gloves when they got too warm. My son finished in 35:43 as I told him to go for it on the last mile, and I crossed the line with my wife. I’m super proud of both of them for giving it a go. Neither of them had ever run a 5k and my wife never stopped to walk. I’m pretty sure she still hates me though. |
I don't have anything more to say. Unless, I do.

I talked my wife into a 5k this summer and she did well for never running but boy she wasn't happy. |

I've been pushing my speeds up a bit, but definitely slow down for the longer runs. |
