Funny how my new daily minimum of 300 begins page 2.
Started the day with 5 sets of pushups at 0735. 90 reps. 1:40. 2nd set was 60 pushups, which got me half way to my daily goal. 3 sets of 50 to finish out before moving to pullups. All done by 0800. I did 50 pullups, which consisted of 2x 15 and 2x 10 with various grip changes. This was after doing 100 on Saturday in roughly 1 hour. |

0710. Get warmed up in the sauna. I wanted to be here by 0700 but had to stop by work for a few minutes to pick up a tool I needed at home.
First set of pushups began at 0737. 80 reps in 1:22. 220 reps to go. Set 2 was done at 0745. 70 reps in 0:51. 150 to go for the day. Sets 3-5 are all 50 reps each. 0750. 0:34. 0755. 0:34. 0800. 0:35. Somewhere in the back of my mind, I want to get 300 done in 15-16 minutes instead of 24 like it was today. Perhaps I will do 6 sets of 50 tomorrow and see how much time that requires. |

Close grip with one hand forward of the other. 4th set of pushups was 50 reps done at 0809. 0:32. Last set of pullups for the day at 0812. 10 reps. 5th set of pushups was 50 reps done at 0815. 0:31. 2 more days of 300/day, 2 days of 50x pullups, 1 or 2 days of kettlebell swings and catches for 100-150 reps. |

70-70-60-50-50. Started at 0754 and finished at 0809. Set 1 took 0:54. Set 2 was 1:12. Set 3 was 60 in around a minute. 4th was done in about 38 seconds, and the 5th was about 44 seconds. 8300 for the year complete. |

Thanks for starting the post. When I first posted in Jan I could do maybe 25 push ups. Now I can do my daily 100 in 1 set & try to get two a day when I can. Well on the way to hitting my 35k. |
