| I'm curious on this supplement. I've noticed it's in my vitapak that I've been taking for over a year, and I'm wondering if this stuff is good or if it's a no go. |

My opinion is- Good diet + CLA = results Bad diet + CLA = no results. Focus on diet, don't worry about CLA. My wife eventually decided it wasn't getting her anywhere either and quit buying it. |

Supposedly there are other benefits to it. It just comes in my multi vitamin pack. Just seeing if anyone else is familiar with it. |
| I decided to try it about a month ago. I started seeing results then I got hurt at work and cut back on gym time and got sloppy with my diet. I'm still not 100% sold on it but now that I seem to be mostly healed I can turn the intensity back up and ratchet down on my diet. |

If its the GNC mega man sport or ripped, don't waste your money on that shit. There are MUCH better multi vitamin stacks for much cheaper. |

As far as actual ingredients go Vs. costs CL Orange Triad is about the best mens vitamin supplement out there with tons of reviews. When I am on a cut or dieting I take orange triad to cover all of the vitamin bases and then take ON CLA capsules. Orange triad runs <$30 for a 45 day supply and the ON CLA capsule run about $11 for a month. You can literally get double the supplements compared to the $65-75 that the GNC packs run, your also taking much fewer pills. Classic animal stax are also much better than the GNC variety at almost 1/2 the price. If you look for 3rd party reviews that aren't on GNC's website or people on Amazon who got it for free just to do a review you will find a ton of information on it. Even tho bodybuilding.com is chalk full of bros these days there is still a lot of good info on there if you dig for it and toss the obviously biased reviews and opinions to the side. FWIW. I use to take the GNC ripped packs for the better part of 2 years and while initially i did notice some results or effects that I could plainly contribute to those packs since it was the only change in my regiment I hot a hard plateau quickly. I have since switched to orange triad on the recommendation of one of the personal trainers at my gym and have not been disappointed. |

I get Multi vitamins, the CLA, and waterex, plus a motivator pill to give me some pep before my workout. My plateau is me eating right before I go to bed i.e Taco Bell, Rally's, etc. I really need to stop doing that. I'll check into what you're saying. |
