I've been taking Once-A-Day Men's Over 50+ for a year. I keep hearing that 'store-bought' aren't as good as "Food-based"? Am I missing out on something here? Is there a better multi I should be taking? |

Watch the heavy metal content on multivitamins. You often don't actually need to supp stuff like iron and copper and zinc.
I just buy the following -- B12 (methylcobamine), complex B, Biotin, C, D, magneisum malate, fish oil, probiotics, and occassionaly potassium (via potassium chloride powder) |
