I've unfortunately been noticing a tilt showing up in my posture, largely due to the fact that I haven't had a physical job in 3-4 years now. Sitting at a desk 10+ hours a day sucks for your posture  Really started noticing it because I am having a hard time pushing past a clean 315lbs deadlift @ 185lbs bodyweight, and it all feels in my pelvis/lower back area.

I did some research but a lot of it looks pretty hokey and/or article milled and not particularly useful. Seems everyone's dealt with something here so what's the consensus?

This. My work purchased me a VariDesk. I loved it so much I got one for home.

It is pricey, over $300 but there are less expensive alternatives on Amazon.
