I've unfortunately been noticing a tilt showing up in my posture, largely due to the fact that I haven't had a physical job in 3-4 years now. Sitting at a desk 10+ hours a day sucks for your posture I did some research but a lot of it looks pretty hokey and/or article milled and not particularly useful. Seems everyone's dealt with something here so what's the consensus? |
