The challenge is this - Three compounds 2x20 (squat, bench, dead in that order), each followed by an accessory (zercher, incline, pendlay rows). 45-50% of 1rm on compounds and a reasonable weight for accessories. No longer than 2min between sets.

One session.

Do you know how to party?

Try it and post how it went.  

Just finished.  Didn't die. My soul did though.

I'm looking forward to the day where 20 reps of 225 on squat is a deload day
