Been doing a ton of walking and a little bit of running this week, like close to 50 miles, and I am not in the best of shape, and I have either strained or pulled my groin. I've felt it before when having a busy day at work, but this seems to be a lot more aggravated this time.

Today is a rest day, may go to the pool with the kids, but tomorrow is another day with a lot of walking, at least 5 miles again tomorrow. Is there anything that I can do to make it feel better? Normal walking isn't too bad, maybe a 2 out of 10, but even the mundane activity like getting in and out of bed shoots it to a 7 or 8.

We are vacationing in Disney, but kicking it off to keep the walking going when home.

This. You're going to fuck yourself up trying to push through the the pain just to burn a few cals, or get another few miles logged. If you get bad hurt, you could be weeks, months, years before being able to train again.

Take your time. It's not worth rushing. Take another rest day. Maybe two until you're legs/ groin are feeling better. Or whatever it takes to feel strong again. If you want to train, do something that doesn't used it. Seated OHP, bench, seated bro curl, and other arm or even some back work.

Rest, eat protein, and heal up.
