Whats ARF think about it? I just switched to it today from Sixstar.

Also, if anyone is looking for protein bars or chips, Quest makes some that are "off da chain".

I've not tried it, but isolate in general gives me the nastiest farts.

Personally, I'd avoid the Body Fortress brand. Spend a little more and get a quality brand like Optimum Nutrition

It's solid stuff. Not the absolute best, but in the top quartile quality wise, and you can find it for cheap at Wal Mart.

I've gotten ok results with the old stuff. I was just wondering if anyone knows if this is better, since they got called out in the past and are using a new formula.

Wasn't aware they changed. The only negative press I'd seen involved a guy testing in his basement. Places like Labdoor rate it reasonably well.
