That time of year again! Less than 12 weeks before Memorial Day Weekend and bathing suit weather for the rest of the nation. (AK, HI and FL need not apply [;)]) So....what are you doing to shed those pounds to look your best. |

"Clean up" your carbs. I stick to high fiber, low fat, whole-wheat stuff, preferably fresh too. For example, -whole wheat cereal w/ banana and raisins in the morning -Protien shake around 10:00 a.m.. -Turkey sandwhich w/ wheat bread, yogurt, grapes, baby carrots for lunch -Protien shake after afternoon workout around 3:00 p.m. -grilled Chicken breast, baby red potatoes, brocolli for dinner -protien shake around 8 p.m. Notice: -little sugar -little fat -whole grain everything -plenty of protien I also step up my AB and cardio routines. Oh, and I start tanning a little, no more than 8-12 minutes [:D] |
