I have a door frame bar that I have been using for 5 years or more, out of my whole house there is only one doorway that will accommodate it.
I really want to get a wider and taller one since I can't do very wide grip and I have to bend my knees at 90 degrees to use it. There is a wall directly on one side so I can't even buy a wider bar that extends out because it won't fit. I have two wider entry ways into the kitchen that would work, but it would require something different than a door frame leverage style. I could also hang one from the ceiling in the play room, but I am a little skeptical of the durability just using the lags into the joists. What are the best options available? |

She told me to just deal with it for another month or so, and then build one out back when the weather is decent. So I'm gonna stick with that plan and just make a nice one out back near the kids play area. |
