My doctor said I can work out once I start physical therapy but I am horrible at making fitness schedules and diet making/meal planning.  Breakfast is easy as I get up when my wife gets up and right after I will be going to the gym and then to work.
What are clean but affordable snacks and a meal I can throw in a lunch box with a few ice packs to keep on track

Rotisserie chicken,  walnuts, almonds,  beef jerky, oatmeal.
