I've finally got myself motivated to really lose weight and get healthy again. My plan is to update this thread about once a week and I was hoping that I could use ARFCOM to keep me from slipping. I started at 266.4 on March 27th

My current weight is 260.0

Normally lifting is about an everyday thing for me, but it's been a couple weeks.

My strategy is just to cut out any unhealthy/unnecessary food and start running again now that it is getting nice out.
