I too own that book, and have made a couple of things out of it.
I made the pasta with tuna for dinner, and made one of the ham and swiss cheese breakfast sandwiches, to eat pre-ride. There's a lot of good recipes in there, and I like that they put the calories, and carbs at the bottom of the page. I gotta slim down if I'm gonna look good in my ARFCOM jersey, at this years Tour!! |
