Im deploying again. Yay for me. I'll be spending three weeks in San Antonio but I won't have access to a gym. Does anyone one know of a good routine that u can use and keep using while deployed. Basic body strength and cardio.

Thanks

if you have your computer, get the Insanity workout and prepare to puke.  No weights, just 45 minutes of ass whipping madness.

If I could do only one, it would be some variation of burpees, Add pullups, then planks..

I do the same at work for years when times are slow and no one around..Learned alot when I worked in the Jail seeing inmates get creative working out. I do a multitude of exercises at work without equipment. I cant even recall the names but "mens health" magazine for $6 will have plenty of suggestions pick up a few copies over the next few months and you will 30 different equipment-less exercises plus its a well written magazine to entertain you.

You got good answers so far, but a SKLZ Chrome resistance band will give you access to nearly every move a dumbell can provide you, in a package that's light and will fit in a small box. They sell bands up to 100lbs resistance to fit the handles so you will never run out of weight. I use them for P90X, but for traveling they work great. Combine these with body weight movements, and you'll get a great workout with nearly no equipment.

If you can pass the pushups and situps, I would focus on running. Running is fantastic exercise.
Don't just run 2 miles either, stretch it out to 3 or 4 miles, or more, if you can.

But yeah, pushups and situps are good to do as well. You can also do chair dips, planks, and possibly pull-ups. Chair dips seemed to be a great supplement to push-ups to help me shape up the support muscles.
