| I am going to be beginning the Seal Warning Order workout next monday and am unsure as to what my diet should consist of. Up until this point I have been excercising moderately to heavily and have just been eating what I want for the most part. I am not what you could consider in top physical condition at 170 5'6 but am in decent shape. Anyway, I have decided to start getting serious about trimming down. What foods would give me the energy I need to complete the increasingly challenging workouts while helping me shed excess body fat? |
