| Lot of focus on balance. You'll need a few new things like a balance ball, maybe some medicine balls. He uses a roller quite a bit in the discs too...but I have skipped that for now. To me, a mix of X and X2 would be better. Maybe I'll do that someday. Worth the money in my opinion. |

I will be starting my last week of it on Monday (plus a rest and recovery week).
It really tightened up my core! I mean I lost 2 inches off my waist! Some of the balance moves seem stupid and hard at first but get better if you stick with them. It's doing a good job beefing up my shoulders! I bought a short rumble roller and wish I had bought the longer one! Also the foam rolling really feels good on your muscles. It hurts when you are doing it, but afterwards you feel great! The worst thing about the series is all the comments about becoming a coach and buying their products! Overall it seems to be making me much more athletic compared to lifting weights (Max-OT style). I won't abandon Max-OT for it, but I'll use it in the future to lean out and stay flexible. |
