All of the above and Romanian deadlifts too.



Good mornings + deadlifts are probably the best ones to do. Everyone should be doing them IMO.

I use Romanians as a warm-up to DL.



All these fancy core exercises and bosu balls are useless.



If you DL, Squat, Power Clean, and OH Press, you will have a strong core.



Also, never lift sitting down. The only weight training you should do not standing on your own feet is bench press.



Lifting on your feet strengthens your core.

Start out doing regular old planks.

No equipment needed and you can do them anywhere.
