I'm fairly new to lifting and I try to work with free weights as much as I can. I can't for the life of me do back squats. The squat itself isn't the problem. I can squat without the bar, I can do front squads. I can't move my hands back enough to hold the bar behind me. What sort of exercises, stretches etc would help me gain the needed flexibility for this?
