Then 1 set of 4 at 225 pounds...

(All correct form)

Being 195lbs and 6'5", that ain't bad.

My goal is 250 by the end of the year.

Depending on who you ask, 225 for 10-14 reps is about right for targeting 300! Get on it!

Nothing specific.

I use a combination of bench press, incline press, dumbbell press and a massive amount of pushups.
