Im in above avg shape and 60 yrs old.Looking for a new workout.Considering purchasing 2 Kettle balls to start with .What weight balls should i start with.Im 5'8" 170 lbs

Probably a good place to start (although it's usually 35 and 53).



Some pretty fun stuff you can do with them, you should be able to google it, although googling "kettlebell workouts" will probably get you better results

Yes a #35 and either a #44 or #52lb to start.  Basic kettlebell exercises are swings, snatches, cleans, jerks, presses.  For a workout, any combination of sets of those will smoke you.  Can add squats for more leg involvement and rows for more pulling.

One of my favorite ways to workout is to do a set of 10 reps of an exercise, jog for 1-2 mins, do another exercise, jog...rinse/repeat 8-15 times total.

Or just circuit training, or supersets of multiple exercises...
