Started back to the gym this morning. I think going before work is my best bet. After work I don't feel like going. Also there were only 3 other people there when I got there. No one bullshiting around. Anyway I was there at 5am and did some chest and tris. I feel pretty good at work. More energy. Any tips from those that go in mornings as opposed to evening.

| If I can manage it, I will go to the gym before work. I love the morning crowd at my gym, it's 100% serious, everyone is there for one reason, to kick ass before the day begins. Before my workout I like to eat a peanut butter and honey sandwich on whole wheat, gives me my fat, protein, and carbs. |
