A quick glance at the menu shows that it's mostly processed crap. You may lose weight, but you won't be healthy. Try this instead- eat a LOT of veggies (corn isn't a vegetable BTW) eat a reasonable amount of meat, eat nuts. DO NOT eat processed foods like pasta, cereal, soda etc... You will lose weight. |
