Ok another little upgrade went in today with MAJOR code changes. Please EMAIL me ASAP if you stumble on any problems. (Changes are forum related...) Quick Recap of changes: 1) Forum code streamlined for speed. 2) Firearm News RE-CODED (man I hate other people's code!) to prevent lock-ups and major lag! 3) Minor bug fixes. 4) Content engine's fixed. 5) Forum jump navigator moved to main page and board navigator dropped. Forgot to mention some BoardCode changes... I will put the email tag in the help file as soon as possible... -- EMAILS : They now [b]REQUIRE[/b] the use of the new tag [b][[/b]email[b]][/b] in order to parse properly. I got sick of random things being turned into links. There's just no easy way to do this, so like links, you must use the code to create email links. -- CODE CHECKER : The board code is now balanced and will simply ignore tags which are not completed. (So if you place a [b][[/b]green[b]][/b] tag, but forget to close it, it just shows up in the post.) -- GB |
