I think i have decided to switch my 14.5" pencil barrel out for a 16-18" match barrel, likely from ranier arms. My current bcg is a bravo company set up, only with around 300 rounds on it. Is this bolt fine for accuracy or should i buy raniers bolt/barrel combo? Will the carrier be fine or should i look into a more precision carrier, is there is such a thing? Could i send my bolt to ranier a d have a barrel matched to it? Looking to put accurate shots on coyotes up to 400 yards.

300 rds is hardly any wear on a bolt.  They are generally good for about 5000 rds or more.
Your bolt carrier (and bolt) should be fine to swap and there is no accurized version of carrier that I know of... Only weighted and lightened versions for tuning action for preferred bolt speeds ( used in conjunction with adjustable gas blocks, buffers and buffer springs)
You can send your bolt in and have it headspaced to a barrel, but they are generally GTG with a pre headspaced barrel (done by barel maker) to a mil spec bolt.  Having a custom (usually minimum) headspace dimension set might be able to affect accuracy, but chamber, rifling and twist will me more of a factor. You are more likely to run into other issues with tolerance stack ups when you run a minimum headspace.

If you have very specific objectives and know what you are doing, go for something custom, but otherwise I would stick with what you have.  There are way more variables involved in overall accuracy that are worth paying attention to. A good shooter with a standard rifle will most likely outperform an average shooter with a custom rifle.

Maybe i should have specified, im not worried about the round count, im wondering if the bcm bolt is an "accurate" bolt.

Basicaly, im not sure if my mil spec bravo company bolt will be a good match for a good match grade barrel.
