Built one of their stripped ar lowers a few years ago. Nice stuff. Based out of my home state of nc.

I live about 15 miles from their factory, and know the owner.   I've been shooting one if his rifles as my main 3gun rifle for about two years, and I absolutely love it.    It's very accurate, and very nicely made.    I like it so much I bought one for my son as an 18th birthday present.

Mine:

Sons:

http://www.usamade-ar15parts.com/product-p/cqb-moe.htm

I've only seen and handled one of their 308 rifles, but it was the same quality.

Things I really like about mine are:

NC flag on receiver.  :-)
Hiperfire trigger
very accurate stainless 1-8 twist barrel (with magnification and match ammo, under 1MOA shooter)
float tube is super tough, really solid mounting system, thin.
Nickel Boron BCG super easy to clean

It's been 100% reliable and I love it.

im in fla and liked that they are close, I have the hipfire 24c on order but 3mth wait so took gun with standard for now and when that comes in (as well as a certain castle nut) will install at that time instead of waiting on the rifle.

when mine gets here ill post pic, urs as is or any add-ons? my first time having a gun built instead of whats on sale off the shelf. dunno if they actually need breaking in, but being my first itll get babied for awhile.

Mine is "stock", as it came from their shop, except for the aimpoint that I added.   Good luck with yours!

I have one of their SBRs.  I emailed a question to them.  About 15 minutes later, my phone rang.  Mr. Barnes had looked me up and called me.  Super nice guy who makes great stuff.  He even told me that they had come out with a newer rail system and that he'd upgrade mine for free.

they've been very easy to work with, only spoken with Julie (hope that's right, short term memory) but can hear her talking to the guys in the shop for answers. their letting me have the current trigger and nut so I don't have to wait for next batch of the ones I want, great customer service.

As an owner of a BPM Patrol Carbine I can say Im extremely happy with their product and the experiences Ive had with their company.  Their CS is exemplary as is the quality of their product.  If you're looking for a quality carbine at a budget price, do business with them.

Im waiting to see what they charge for their AR10 as my patrol carbine is shooting under a minute at 100yds and Im sure that LR-10 will perform equally well without breaking the bank.

I called them about ordering some small parts and kept getting disconnected. To my surprise Andy the owner called me back. We visited about 20 minutes. He offered to give me a tour if I was ever in the area. I ordered about $250 of small parts, springs etc. All were top quality. I have never handled his rifles but I would bet they are top of the line.

There is nothing better than when the owner of an enterprise is answering emails or phone calls.  I know they are limited on time but it sure makes the end user feel important.

Again, I have to say that Andrew and the gang at BPM are tops in my book.

I don't own one, although I do have one of their handguards on a rifle.  Due to their physical location, there are a lot of them in this area, and they have a great reputation.  Very accurate and well made.  They make nearly every individual part in their rifles.

I absolutely love mine.  I'm getting 1.5" 5 round groups at 100 yards with 55 grain PMC bronze and a solid 3/4" 15 round group with Hornady 75 gr. TAP.  Unfortunately I never thought to get a pic of it, so take that as anecdotal at best.  I was actually more impressed with the groups with the PMC bronze.  I'd love to have a AR10 made by them.  Probably the only thing I'd sell this for.

Barnes Precision Patrolman's rifle (16" middy stainless Montana barrel)
Yankee Hill Machine .30 Phantom QD Suppressor
Geisselle SSA
Primary Arms 1-6
Ergo Extreme Tactical rubberized grip

been waiting so long forgot about this post, the first rifle they sent me had a broken hammer pin but instead of just sending me a new pin they wanted the whole rifle back. that was in march, still waiting.

Well that sucks and seems extremely unnecessary.  Have you tried calling them to see what's up?  3 months for a hammer pin is absurd.

I help to manage a gun store. We are the selected Barnes dealer for our state and they are one of our best selling ARs. The price, plus the modular handguards, the goodies that the rifle ships with, and the apparent accuracy of the gun are ridiculous. We had a customer send a picture of a dime next to his target, he had cloverleafed a 5 shot group inside a dime sized hole at 100yds. Not sure what voodoo he was using or what ammo he used, but it was extremely impressive.

They are competitive with the Daniel Defense ARs we have as far as features for $400 less.

rifle was waiting on me when I got back in town and I was gone longer than expected so may been waiting week or better.

when first called about pin mr barnes got on the phone and asked me to return whole rifle so he could xray test to make sure no unseen issues. wrote letter with info on what I cleaned with, ammo used, range officer number that saw problem in field. im sure mr barnes was just being thorough but conversation let my imagination run with possible results of test and said in letter to take his time whatever was needed to ensure the rifle safety.

then month ago or so I dropped destroyed my phone and att took 2 weeks to send replacement and missed their call, but later saw email saying test was done and all was fine. the pin was the only failure in 7000 rifles made so far just my bad luck like the phone. and bad weather today so take to range next day or two, looking forward.

Ah, well, that's not wholly their fault then.  I'll be interested to hear what sort of performance you get out of it and what you think.  Please report back.
