I don't have it, and have never handled one, but it looks very nice. What can are you running? Be sure to post some pics of the groups you obtain with the FGMM The only cans I have in 7.62 are the AAC SDN6 and the SD. The one in the pic is the SD since I wasn't using it for anything else. My ÀAC 300-TM isn't approved yet. Still have a few months of waiting. If I get some range time in tomorrow I will post pics of groups at 100 and 200 yards. That's as far as my local range goes. |

I have the same rifle but in 24 inch. I can't get it to shoot any of my reloads... 1.5 moa
I bought a new trigger and will try again in a few weeks I don't reload yet. That is my next project. I am new to long range shooting. I only shoot 200-300 yards. I would love to go out to 800 and beyond. I will shoot this trigger and up grade later once I get some time in at longer ranges. What kind of trigger are you going to? |

Ihave an spr A1 coming hopefully in the next 2 weeks from TACORD here in the EE. I picked up a SWFA 3-15 during their tax day sale for it... just need some seekins low rings and I'm all set. would love to see the results of the 168gr vs 175gr I've got a similar set up but it is 10 years old or so running an SWFA fixed 10x SS scope. I've taken it out to 700 yards and 10x is about the minimum I want to shoot that distance with... Mine shoots 168s a hair better than 175s. The 175-178 grain range is right on the border of stabile in the 1:12 A1 barrels (according to charts and formulas) but in my shooting they work well. I heard TACORD does a bedding job which is cool. I just wish the FN bottom metal and magazine was a better set up. I have been pleased with the rifle - if I had it to do over again I'd probably go the Remington route since I like to tinker and that's easy with the M700 series. |

I was looking at the tbm kit for the rifle but read alot of spotty reviews on the 10 round mags. im not to keen on sending the rifle out to get the cdi kit milling done.
I also won't do anything to it until I actually get my hands on it and shoot it some. after that ill decide if the tbm is worth it and i have been eyeing an ultra-9 from tbac. hows the recoil on the 300 wm? If you don't mind my asking where and how much was it they seem rare as hens teeth. do they only make them in batches or do we only get the left overs after a military contact? I wonder how 155's will shoot since its a 1-12 |

I wonder how 155's will shoot since its a 1-12 I'm assuming you're talking to me about the 300WSM. ![]() I bought the gun with a Surefire brake and it wasn't bad at all. Even without the brake (how I typically shoot it) it's not terrible being an 11 pound rifle. 20 shots is about all I want to put through it though without the brake. It's bedded into a Boyd's stock and I gave $600 with Forster dies and 150 pieces of brass. It's used obviously, but I couldn't turn it down. It's probably 6-8 years old by now. Original owner bought the barreled action new for $400. |

| OP I have that same rifle. It LOVES FGMM 168gr pills. .5 moa or better gun with this ammo. 10 round mags can be finicky at times. Weak spring, and no anti tilt follower. Its a known issue with these. 5 rounders work better. Trigger is ok. If it wasn't for the shitty TBM magazines I would truly love this gun. |

I was about to place an order for a couple of extra 10 round mags. I will just buy a few extra 5 round ones instead. Thanks for the heads up. Now, I just need it to stop raining here in Texas so I can go to the range. |
