| I saw a thread awhile back, pretty sure it was on here somewhere but I can't seem to find it. Someone posted they had modified their Sporter to be able to use with a suppressor. It had some other tricks in it for usage and was just curious if anyone remembers it or not. |

It had some other tricks in it for usage and was just curious if anyone remembers it or not. I've used the Sporter with a silencer (308 and 6.5) with no issues and no mods. I just have to use the thinnest pad in the kit, change the sensitivity to Hi 2 and make sure the sensor part of the bayonet is far enough away from the end of the silencer (1" or so IIRC). My silencer is 1.5" in diameter. |
