It won't do you any favors on heavier steel, like the bigger pepper poppers.
Only advantage would be capacity, and with the extended base pads available for 9mm, it is a much better option for 3-gun. I'd rather have a 9mm than a 5.7 for 3-gun even if the ammo was exactly the same price. |
