Can't decide between these 3:

SJC Titan
EGW Space Comp
Miculek Comp

Are all 3 under 1" Diameter and 3" in Length?

I went with the SJC Titan.

SJC Titan. I also have the Surefire break, and I think the SJC is much better.

I've run all 3 but now I'm using the Seekins and like it the best

You won't go too far wrong with either the Titan or the Miculek (I have never shot the EGW, but they generally make good stuff too). Also consider the JP Cooley Tactical (my choice). They all work well enough that they won't hold you back. By far the best value is the Miculek, though I'm not a huge fan of the jam nut.

I have the Miculek on my rifle (you can see the pic in the rifle pictures topic).  I like it very cheap and very easy to install and clock to your likings.

I was going to get the Cooley comp but ended up buying one from a local shop to support them.  Very very similar to the Cooley and it works great.  If I get motivated enough I might try messing around at work and making some of my own to try out.

Mine is made from Williams Gun Sight here in Michigan.

Titan comp is the best I have used or seen.

Watch the muzzle it does not move.

If the "other" Pat is going "prove" brakes using video then how about this one…  (no offense intended Mr. Pat)

A little faster and without support.   FWIW  Videos of brakes "working" is misleading.  Proof is in the owner shooting.

Could always be faster if you want to see the comp really work look at one of Eric Lunds videos. Not sure if to defend myself on this I should mention I was shooting at MGM auto poppers and flashers out to 200 yards and I went 1 for 1 on them and had the 2nd best time on that stage and came in 2nd in open in the match.
Here is another video. Managed to get 8th in open at this match below.

Like I said the TItan comp is the best I have tried. Just limited to my own experience and not discounting anyone elses. Not as fast as you I know but I sitll like the Titan comp I have them on all my AR's except for my .22 long rifle trainer.

Asking about comps on any forum gives little more than fan boy adoration.

I have tested more using test fixtures than probably anyone.  Bottom line…pick any…ANY
of the brakes used by the top guys in the game and you'll have a great brake!

Best brake for the buck without question is the $30 Miculek!!!

Oh and I get the benefit of covering, for TV, the Pros of 3 Gun Nation.  With Money on the line these guys
use what works.

You'll see Miculek's, Titan, Surefire's, Seekins and Rolling Thunder on the line and in the TOP 10.

Sure we can continue to ask each other what us lower ability shooters are using but their's a reason the top of the game
use what they do…OUTSIDE of sponsorship…To Win!!!

Thanks for the research you do on this topic. Your original article was part of the reason I picked the Titan. I love it now.

That would be awsome. May we could have you put on a 3 gun clinic to help pay for some of your trip.

I've been using the Nordic Corvette and have been pretty happy with it, FWIW.

I've tried a bunch of comps and settled on the Titan. All comps reduce muzzle movement and recoil but no comp eliminates it completely. If you practice with any comp long enough it will do the trick.

Other comps that are popular are the Miculek due to the bang for the buck it offers, rolling thunder, Seekins, Surefire, JP/Cooley.  I also have a battle comp a Wheaton arms titanium comp and a Miller Precision Arms comp that work great too.

What's the overall length on the miculek?

It's much shorter than a Titan or rolling thunder.
