I think I'm going to be running my sig pro 2022 this summer. Do I have to hit the decocker before I holster/put t down after the pistol stage?

Yes, you will have to put the pistol on safe. In your case, you will have to decock the hammer before holstering, placing the pistol in a box, on a table, etc. before moving to the next gun.
