built a new gun using 5.45. its a pistol until I can get a sbr stamp. anyways first time out and I nail a big boar I have been after awhile at my feeder. shot in the head drt. sent a couple more at him while he was doing the running man just to make sure. I was using wolf 60gr hp. I say he weighed at least 200. im 6ft 240lbs.

5.45 is good medicine for hogs. This used to be my go to hog gun. I just got tired of cleaning all the corrosive salts out of it.

Has anyone tried the Wolf 55gr HP and SP?

I was using wolf. Dont recommend hunting running pigs with the 5.45 lots of thuds with no pigs on the ground. Reminds me of my 300 blk out subs lol.

Nice pig! I've got a 6.5 Grendel and plenty of ammo along with my .50 Beowulf and plenty of ammo....all I need are pigs to shoot...what a tragedy!!
I like that black and camo shirt, pig hunting stealth.
