Myself, Coyote79 and Microsuck1 went hog hunting this weekend. Was my first time to shoot a suppressor and man am I HOOKED!!!. I will have one soon, once my stamp comes in. Was alot of fun, we had probably 3 different sounders come at us. The suppressor is the way to go!!! Was the first time I could take multiple shots at a sounder. Both of these are sows right around 150 pounds. The meat will be very good, the backstraps were HUGE.

Definetly the only way to go! I've had them run right at me not knowing where the shot came from. Watch out though before you know you end up justifing them for every weapon.  My favorite gun supressed to shoot is a .22 cz 452 intregal surpressed. Sounds like a daisy bb gun. Congrats on the kills.

What can did you order for your .308? I ordered the standard YHM model for the .308 and bought 3 adaptors so I can use it on my 3 regular AR's as well. |

A .308 can is next (probably around Sept) for me. Both .308's are DPMS his is a SASS that normally has a long range US Optics scope on it, he made a last minute switch to EOTECH and PVS MUM, mine is a 16 inch DPMS .308 with MI rails. The can is a YHM Phantom 7.62, I ordered one just like it so it will fit my .308 and my 3 other 5.56 AR's. Kind of kills 4 birds with one stone. |
