I have a coyote problem where I hunt. I've seen them in packs as large as 8 at a time.  The other night, they lit up around me for a mile or so in all directions and must have been 20 or more. I usually take 2 or 3 each year during deer season.

I would like to thin them out some.  The area I hunt is extremely thick, we hunt on trails and logging roads so we can see.  Pine plantations filled with briar patches mostly and some pipelines.

I would like to put a remote call down in a ditch or bottom on the pipeline upwind and call from various stand locations with a remote.

Anyone have a recommendation for an electronic rig? Thanks.

There are lots of 'em out there. I think the Foxpro units are kinda the "Cadillac" of the industry. I just bought my son a Foxpro "Spitfire" for Christmas, but I haven't had a chance to play with it yet. The Spitfire is supposed to be the entry level caller in the Foxpro lineup. There's lots of good information out there if you look around.
