Squirrel season opened this weekend down here.  We didn't hunt that hard, it was VERY hot and humid.  Lots of mosquitoes in the woods too.  I didn't get any, and only got 1 shot in.  Most of the ones I saw were too high in the trees for me to reach.

Still, it was great to get out in the woods.

Anyone in Ohio, ideally near Clark county, have lots of squirrel that I could hunt? Will gladly put in work, give you meat, etc for a good opportunity.

Prefer to use suppressed 22lr but will use shotguns if rifles are an issue.

Just the one this morning.  I’m usually in the woods hunting see, but decided to try for some squirrels with only a short window to hunt this morning.

The other day on some public land. I don't know if you can find a happier dog.

Actually hit him in the head with a squirrel falling off the tree! He was so confused.

I do a lot of squirrel hunting which is my favorite critter to hunt, mostly with handguns. I really like the challenge.

When I was a kid, I'd save all the squirrel tails in the freezer and send them to Mepps at the end of the season for a little cash:
