I live in south east michigan 30 mins away from Detroit. Coyotes have pretty much taking over every bit of woods. They only used to be in northern michigan, but seemed to migrated down.  They scare away all the deer and eat all the small game so hunting is pretty much pointless. I've been going out almost everyday to take care of this problem. I've read up for weeks on tips that i find very useful. I bought a predator call and cant seem to call one in during the day. I'm aware they dont move around that much during the day. So i tried the nightime and called in a few but they managed to slipped right by me. I was using white light at the time so i must of spooked them. I was suprised on how many were howling around me. Now that i know where they are I hope to kill them all! any day time tips? I also plan on getting a digital predator call and seeing if that works. Hopefully i will have some pics to post soon!

Around here it is best right after sun up.

So get up early, and get the call going right after sum up and wait.

If after 30 mintues of calling . move to a new spot.

I would try early morning. Get totally camo'd don't move and watch down wind side. Start calling at a lower volume if ones close.
GOOD LUCK keep us posted.
