Has anyone ever used a Groundhog Max disc to prep your food plot? If so, were you happy with it?

matter of fact we have 2 of them we use in our wooded plots. if the ground has some moisture in it etches the surface with pretty good results for planting shallow stuff. WW, RYE, Oats and clover.
it is best when used in this fashion.

You should be fine with the grizzly.  Do yourself a favor and get a soil sample and apply the propper amounts of lime and fertilizer before disking.  I also reccomend spraying roundup to kill weeds before planting as well or else the will reap the rewards of the soil nutrients before your plot does.
